Cancellations and full refunds will be granted if you notify us via email (info@cakeboxed.com) 48 hours prior to your scheduled delivery date. The order cut-off time for placing an order is midnight the day before your desired delivery date. The delivery times are from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 am and 2:00 pm, and 2:00 pm-6:00 pm and on Saturdays from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. Our shop is closed on Sundays. Delays may occur due to heavy traffic or road work, but we will do our best to deliver within the specified time frame. Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed as delivery drivers follow a delivery schedule route.If nobody is home at the time of delivery, it will be left in a safe place, and you will receive a link to track your order and advise the driver on the best location to leave the cake. Our cakes are Halal-friendly and do not contain any alcohol or animal fat. To order, simply select your desired cake, flavor, and size, select your delivery date and location, and enjoy Cakeboxed delivered to your door!
